Note: all replacement or refunds are applicable only if the goods are in their original condition and are not changed or used.

If you are not satisfied with the goods received and if the product has an event defective during the shipping process or if you want to replace it or have the value refunded because you buy a product different from a factory request or defect, all you need to do is to contact us through the customer service number and we will serve you to the end.

IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE the complete or part of the ORDER:

Within 7 days from the date your order is received, by calling the customer service number and recording the replacement order, by notifying the products you want to change and the new products you want to buy, we are happy to serve you and our employees will serve you to the end.

Note: please keep the delivery link of the delivery number, in considering that the cost of the shipment of new and replaced goods will be owned by the customer.

IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THE COMPLETE OR PART OF THE ORDER:

Within 7 days from the date your order is received, by calling the customer service number and recording your return request, by notifying the products you want to return and to have them refunded, we are happy to serve you and our employees will serve you to the end. You will be directed to the nearest branch of the shipping company to deliver the returned goods. After the delivery of the goods and the approval of the return request, our employees will contact you and determine the method of receiving the returned goods.

After the return request has been approved, the value of the returned goods can be returned by a coupon of the same value of the goods and as a free gift, you can use it to buy from the company’s online store at any time, valid for one year.
