Replacement or Return Policy in the FEMASCU Online Store
Note: All replacements or refunds are applicable only if the goods are in their original condition and have not been changed or used.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, if the product is defective during the shipping process, or if you wish to replace it or request a refund because you received a product different from your order or due to a factory defect, all you need to do is contact us through the customer service number and we will assist you until the process is completed.
If You Want to Change the Complete Order or Part of It
You can request a replacement within 7 days from the date your order is received by calling the customer service number.
You need to specify the products you want to replace and the new products you wish to purchase.
Our team will process your request and assist you until the process is completed.
Note: Please keep the delivery receipt with the tracking number. The shipping cost for the replacement or new items will be borne by the customer.
If You Want to Return the Complete Order or Part of It
You can request a return within 7 days from the date your order is received by calling the customer service number.
You need to specify the products you want to return and request a refund.
You will be directed to the nearest branch of the shipping company to deliver the returned goods.
After the returned goods are delivered and the return request is approved, our team will contact you and confirm the method of refund.
